ADDITIONAL PHOTOS 2007 The end of year tests
were held December 7, 2007. Juniors and a Little Tiger tested for
orange and yellow belts. Congratulations to you on your new ranks.
August 3, 2007
was the first Hwa Rang Do/Tae Soo Do family picnic, held at Alpine
Creek Park in Switzerland. We ate, drank, played, hiked, and of course
talked and got better acquainted. Students, families and friends came
together for an evening we all thoroughly enjoyed.
June 22, 2007 we held
color belt tests at both dojangs. Jeshua is home from FSU for the
summer, and we enjoy having him here. The Junior students were
supported by all their classmates and parents.
May 25, 2007 was
test day #8 at Hwa Rang Do of Jacksonville. Three students earned
their orange belts, and it was a first for us to have all female
students testing.
May 17, 2007 was a class
day. The Little Tigers spent time learning to hold the kicking pad for
each other. It was quite a feat, to hold a pad almost as large as
oneself and keep it steady while facing a chop kick. The Juniors did sparring drills, the new white belts
worked on Il Bo Dae Ryun.
April 30, 2007 was the 7th test day. The Little Tigers
tested for yellow belt, and are proud of the fine job they did.
Parents and family members came to support them. The next group of BBC
adults tested and received their green belts. Congratulations to
