STUDENTS can now order the Hwa Rang Do Jaebok! Until now only Black Sashes could order the official dress uniform of Hwa Rang Do. In honor of our 50th Anniversary, DoJoo Nim has decided to allow this privilege to ALL Hwa Rang Do and Tae Soo Do students. Click the banner above to find all the details. The Sadaham Record is the bimonthly newsletter written by Inst. Spoehr. You will find articles of interest to everyone, and get a glimpse of the dojang's life. Check out the latest issue; you may find ideas worth your time and reflection. We train in all forms of sparring, grappling, weaponry, empty hand techniques, forms, joint manipulation, and more. Check out these videos for exciting views of Hwa Rang Do action. Hwa Rang Do does not incorporate material from other martial arts, because we don't need to. For the first time in Hwa Rang Do’s history,
the World Championships featured a total of 7 separate tournaments
with up to 5 divisions in each – which included the debut of Hwa
Rang Do’s weapon fighting methods, Gumtoogi (Sword Fighting) and
Bongtoogi (Stick Fighting).
